Case erector/bottom sealer

Marq Packaging (Yakima, WA) has redesigned the drive system of its Model 2000 case erector bottom sealer to use top and bottom flight lugs for transferring cases through the machine instead of a case pusher.

The top flight lug arm pivots to allow cases to be pulled from the hopper, opened and prepared for bottom flap folding. Top and bottom flight lugs secure the edges of the case to drive it through the sealing station.
