At the same time, two different sizes of corrugated corrugated blanks are plucked from magazines and placed on a conveyor parallel to the books. A laser measures the height, width and length of each order. Next, a servo-driven pushing arm (servo technology from Bosch Rexroth) pushes each order precisely onto the corrugated, based on the measurements in the preceding step. The machine from Delta Systems works at a cycle speed of 30 packages/min.
