Bulk bag filling and weighing system
Unit features conveying system for easy bulk bag maneuverability and access. System includes an adjustable height frame, bag inflation system with air amplifier, pneumatically actuated bag strap release system, and stainless steel product contact surfaces. Operator places the pallet and bulk bag on the filling system, connects bag straps and fill spout once bag is conveyed into position, and initiates fill cycle. Weight indicator will send signals to open/close a fill valve as required, based on programmed set point. Stainless steel orifice gate includes a variable control feature to allow for full open/full closed, and dribble flow control positions.
