Designed for use with 10.5- and 14-oz. fiber or plastic cartridges with flat bottom plungers, the redesigned RM110HS+ automatic cartridge filling and closing system from ProSys Innovative Packaging provides speeds to 60 cartridges/min.

The RM110HS+ features the patented product metering system and cartridge lift mechanism for a vertical, air-free bottom up filling. Additional features include: servo lift, servo indexing, and servo fill stations; vertical bottom up filling; fills highly-viscous products up to 3 million cps; service and on-line support via Ethernet/modem; optional explosion-proof controls (Class 1 Division 1 & 2, ATEX 0 & 1); fills adhesives, sealants, and greases; made in the USA.
