Norden : Filling technology creates “swirl” effect in tube

Able to produce several designs for a range of products, Norden’s “swirl filling” technology utilizes specially-designed filling nozzles and servo technology to rotate the tube during the filling operation to fill two or three different products into transparent tubes.

The flexible system uses servo motors to control the filling operation, tube lift at filling, and the rotation of the tube. The filling profile can be optimized to provide precise control, allowing creative visual effects to be produced with the highest possible production output.

Existing Norden tube fillers can also be upgraded with this technique.

“Swirl” filling can be used for any multi-color or multi-product co-extruded cosmetic, toothpaste, or food product.
