The Integrity is rated at 10 to 15 cycles per minute (CPM) and is designed to meet USDA meat, poultry, dairy, and 3-A Sanitary Standards. The Integrity horizontal form-fill-seal machine will be available in web widths of 320, 355, 420, and 459 mm respectively and indexes of up to 600 mm.
The base unit comes with servo-driven clip chain drive and pneumatic presses. Complete electric systems are also available. The pneumatic system is mounted with “rain” protection, and the small electrical cabinet provides for smaller overall machine footprint and easy access to tooling and maintenance.
Pack ML compliance means faster integration and easier changes and maintenance of the control program. Ethernet connectivity plus an intuitive operator interface with embedded documentation and troubleshooting information are standard features. The machine was designed for easy cleaning with door panels on all sides that can be tilted as well as removed, sloped tops, guards, covers, limited high surfaces, and welded frame members to limit overlapping junctions.
