The machine is compact and portable so it is easy to position in a manufacturing facility. The operator simply places a container on the scale and pushes a button. The container is tared and automatically filled by net weight.  Runs on 120 VAC/Air, handles ½-pint to 5-gallons with a top-fill nozzle and roll-through closer.  Minimal changeover time.  UL-approved electrical interlocks, protection from pinch points, and safety guards where appropriate.  Accuracy to within ± .10 lbs.

Options include:  additional product contact parts; product contact parts mounted on fill cart; additional fill carts (up to 2 heads); gravity roller conveyors; extended plug & bottom up filling; sanitary product contact parts; DFSTM upgrade (limited nozzles); nitrogen purge controls; purgeable instrument bezel; and more.
