Kliklok-Woodman: Constant motion bagmaker

The P3c VFFS Constant Motion Bagmaker from Kliklok-Woodman is the next step from the P3 (intermittent motion) snack food bagmaker and provides improved ease-of-operation, speed, and size flexibility.

The P3’s welded tubular steel frame with a center-balanced profile allows weighers and volumetric fillers to be direct-mounted to the machine, a cost-effective option to additional floor-mounted support. Constant motion film profile improves speed and bag registration while incorporating positive product stripping necessary for efficient snack food packaging.  Produces up to 120 bags/min. (versus the intermittent P3’s 100 bpm), thanks to all-servo motion controls.  Uses non-proprietary, top-tier, “off the shelf” control components.  Produces a wide variety of bag styles: pillow pouch, perforated string, promo strip, notching, hole punching and more. The exclusive Insight icon-based, multilingual, color touch screen interface is easy to learn and use.
