Nordson Corporation: Non-contact corrugated gluing systems

The non-contact gluing station allows: 1-3 guns; top-down or bottom-up gluing; operator or drive side installation; and, retrofits to existing contact gluing stations. The gluing station’s simple, quick-change brackets deliver fast set-up and changeover, and increase accessibility to components to speed up maintenance and cleaning. Uses reliable, high-speed LA 825 RC applicators which offer sharp, clean cutoff. LA 825 RC guns come with silicone nozzle covers to prevent adhesive dry-out during extended down time. Can be used as part of a complete system with the LogiComm® pattern control and verification system and GD 500 sensor.
