ESS Technologies: Filler/capper

The design of ESS Technologies’ monoblock filler/capper for micro-tubes and micro-vials eliminates the infeed conveyor.

The Model MB 120 offers a servo filling and capping design that allows the system to handle over 100 micro-tubes/minute. A unique infeed design delivers tubes directly into the zero-backlash turret, eliminating the need for a container infeed system. Changeover can be completed in less than 15 minutes. Elimination of the infeed also reduces the overall required floor space for system installation. The ESS designed capping station and magnetic stainless steel clutch system provide precise, reliable, and repeatable results. Optional servo torque systems are available, allowing immediate torque feedback on every container. Sensors verify correct capping.
