Featuring weight ranges from 1-110 lbs, conveyors range from 4’ to 5’L and run at speeds to 100’/min or 30 units/min. A pneumatically operated heavy-duty reject ram is located directly off of the side of the weigh station conveyor to quickly and accurately reject all off-spec packages. Because it weighs and rejects all in one, the checkweigher costs less than alternative systems and is easily installed on existing packaging lines. Applications include chemical, starch, flour, and salt industries.
