Dual belt crown feeder from Sidel (Norcross, GA) combines 2 separate orienting elevator belts into one machine so it can run both crown sorting and plastic cap sorting simultaneously.

This allows producers to use 1 machine and feed 2 different styles of closures to 2 separate production lines within a plant. The Crown Feeder can efficiently and gently sort and properly orient metal crown closures for the CSD and beer markets at rates to 1귔 pieces/min. The Sidel Cap Feeder has established itself in cap orienting and is suitable for use with beverage caps and push-pull “sports cap” closures. Rates can exceed 3ꯠ pieces/min.
