The US622 PouchPlus™ inserter is the newest addition to Unique Solutions’ (Lake Zurich, IL) line of In-Pak® and On-Pak® equipment. This CE compliant, left- or right-hand ready, water wash-down unit has a symmetrical, compact, servo-driven design that is compatible with most packaging lines.

Designed to insert 2-D and 3-D pieces and dry- or liquid-filled pouches (up to 2” in thickness) produced in a continuous, perforated bandolier format. Also includes cantilevered, food-grade feed belts to keep product away from the drive system.
