Blister forming/cartoning

The Compacker 1200-Pacliner 3000 (CP1200-P3000) from Klockner Medipak (Clearwater, FL) is designed for high-production blister packaging operations requiring no-tool changeover.

Quick locks are used to change forming, sealing, die-punching, perfing and code-embossing stations. Temperature and timing settings can be made through a touchscreen interface. Machine is capable of thermoforming, cold-forming and cartoning, at speeds to 300 cartons/ min.
