Ambec (Owings Hills, MD) has introduced a new space-saving accumulation table. An L-shaped design allows a 10'-L bi-directional table to be located in spaces where available widths are only 5'.

The table has a 90° turn corner; the bulk of the table runs parallel with the conveyor to form the L shape. It uses 1/4" dia stainless steel rods as the conveying surface instead of deadplates.
