Handling and wrapping system

A new material handling and wrapping system from Kaufman Engineered Systems (Waterville, OH) can accommodate unitized loads of long flat objects measuring 8' to 15' L and 2" x 48" H, at speeds to 30 loads/hr.

The system consists of a conveyor infeed and horizontal wrapper. First, a pallet is removed from beneath a load, the unitized load is stretch wrapped and then a shipping pallet is placed beneath it.
