Puck feeder

Hoppmann (Chantilly, VA) has introduced a new feeder with integrated pucks designed to gently orient and accumulate a variety of hard-to-handle parts such as baby bottle nipples, finger pumps, nasal sprayers, candy, rubber valves and mascara brushes.

Parts are received in bulk and fed into a deep bowl centrifugal feeder where they are single-filed into pucks. Product carried by the puck is then ready for the next downstream operation.
