Harpak-ULMA appointed Dave Weikel as service manager for the company’s Ball Ground, GA office. Weikel has experience in customer service and expertise in building and sustaining high levels of customer satisfaction and process improvement.

Weikel will assist in achieving the technical services operational objectives by working with his team and leveraging the tools available to deliver optimal customer service. Along with other objectives, he will provide scheduling to maximize utilization, grow, and mentor his team, and be a key point of contact for customers.
