The redesigns include two changes. First, the use of standardized
components helps reduce the equipment’s cost and engineering content.
Second, using a center drive configuration enables the conveyors to
reverse direction and allow for smoother transitions by using smaller
end sprockets at both ends of the conveyors. See them at Booth S-5166.
