Designed by ITW Dynatec™ (Hendersonville, TN), the Dynamelt® Adhesive Supply Unit’s precision gear pump can be coupled with a variable-speed AC motor to allow the adhesive gear pump to track conveyor line speed.

Line-speed tracking automatically adjusts the adhesive volume, resulting in the consistent application of the correct amount of adhesive regardless of changing conveyor line speed. Unit can be fitted with electric adhesive heads to configure an all-electric adhesive supply system.
