Pallet load labeling

Kolinahr Systems' (Louisville, KY) SA-2000 is an automatic print/apply pallet load labeling system. When integrated with a product load accumulation conveyor, it can apply labels to one or two sides of individual finished product loads.

It consists of a Zebra 140 Xi(TM) thermal transfer printer and vacuum applicator platen combined with custom Windows® software. Typical label sizes are 5" W x 7" L; other sizes are available. Labeling speeds are contingent upon label size and printed information.

Fill-level guidelines are visible both when detergent is in the cap as pictured, and when the cap is empty. On the upper right, we see the OXI logo on the other side of the cap. This branding/logo was also marked on the cap in the LaserSharp process.
