Bosch Packaging Technology: Form/fill/seal machine

With its SVE 2510 A model, Robert Bosch (Bridgman, MI) has engineered an easy-to-operate f/f/s machine based on servo engineering and control electronics.

Machine's output ranges between 25 and 120 bpm, depending on the bag and fill size and material used. This model is equipped with a "double packaging material web conveying system" (DPT). Its push-and-draw unit is driven by a servo motor. Together with the web tracking system and the unwind and reel changing unit, the DPT is said to be more reliable than vacuum draw-off continuous-motion machines. Accepts thin, stretchable materials.
