Lepel's (Waukesha, WI) new Multi-Monitor is a combination detection system that detects and rejects faulty containers on induction cap sealing lines.

It features motion, liner, alignment and cap height detectors, along with idle control and Windows(TM)-compatible software. Suitable for conveyorized cap sealing applications, it can be interconnected to the conveying line's reject mechanism for automatic rejection.
