Vision system for beverages

Cap application and beverage fill defects can be detected using the 51R41 vision system from White Cap (Downers Grove, IL). Unlike conventional systems that visually inspect with mechanical "squeeze methods," the 51R41 uses a PC-controlled video camera to check bottles for defects at a 4/1000" resolution.
