Tsubaki: Backstops

Tsubaki launched BS-F external backstops. The improved labyrinth seal design extends the life of the product by minimizing the ingress of dust and contaminants. Backstops are designed with the smallest envelope dimensions available in the market, which is said to ensure quick and easy field installation when replacing other backstops.

Tsubaki also uses synthetic grease in place of oil to eliminate the need for oil level checks, routine lubricant inspections, regular oil testing and the breather element – a pathway for contaminants and moisture. Our unique, non-roll over cam design offers the highest torque rating available. These key features provide the highest level of performance with minimal maintenance – thus providing significant cost savings and improved performance.
