Efficient, cost-effective and safe for operators, the systems’ ergonomic design makes operations and roll changing easy.  That, coupled with intuitive controls, helps facilitate use regardless of employee skill level.

Popular choices for fulfillment operations include the AirSpeed Smart, which creates on-demand inflatable packaging cushions. The system is lightweight and offers portability, durability, and functionality. The Smart turns flat, easy-to-store, film into lightweight, non-abrasive void fill packaging.

The AirSpeed 5000 inflatable packaging system targets higher output operations and creates durable, void-fill packaging cushions on demand. This unit converts film into inflatable packaging at a rate of 75 ft./min.

The AirSpeed HC Versa hybrid cushioning (HC) inflatable system can produce multiple cushion sizes. Film options and equipment flexibility enable the HC to produce cushioning, wrapping, blocking and bracing, and void fill.

Pregis also offers a wide variety of films for its air pillow and hybrid cushioning systems, including a biodegradable alternative.
