Michigan State Legislatures Approved Legislation to Grant Billerud Investment Support

Billerud is planning to transform its Escanaba mill into a paperboard production facility, and the Michigan House of Representatives and Senate passed legislation approving an appropriation of up to $200 million in funding to support its plan.
