Hot melt desiccant

From Grace Davison (Baltimore, MD), Flo-Tech(TM) is a hot melt desiccant that is applied directly onto the packaging material, becoming an integral part of the package.

It is supplied in bulk as a solid and is melted using standard hot melt equipment. It can then be sprayed to form a thin, flexible sheet; caulked into a space such as the underside of a tray; or dropped into a precise location. Applications for the non-toxic desiccant include food, pharmaceutical and medical device packaging.
