Michele Riva is a proven sales professional with over 15 years of experience in protein processing technologies and marketing strategies, holding senior management positions in Italy and the United States. As a part of the global Middleby team for over a year, Riva now will lead sales and service initiatives at Proxaut. 

Gabriele MacchiMacchi has been appointed Operations Director after many successful years as the Proxaut Technical Director, propelling the team to provide labor saving efficiencies. Their AGV designs in safety, software, mechanical, and electrical systems positioned them at the forefront of industry developments. His vision will continue to propel Proxaut toward operational excellence in the evolving technological landscape.
