Hi, my name is Jeremy Peterson with High Tek USA. I'm the Applications Engineer for our team. Here today we're at PACK EXPO in Las Vegas, and we've brought a couple new pieces of equipment with us, one of which is this High Tek combo unit. It's both a scale and a VFSS bagger all in one. We built this primarily for some of our smaller companies who are on a startup, who are looking for more economical advantage to the market. This unit here, we're able to customize it quite a bit.
The one we brought with us today is a 1 L hopper with 10 head design. We could do up to a 14 head on these as well as up to a 2.5 L hopper. We could do them in dimpled material or the standard flat stainless polish. Depends on your products. This thing works for all sorts of products, snack foods, gummies, nuts, you name it. This thing can run it. So, up top, we have our standard scale. It's our T2 series, works with vibration and stepper motor.
Down here at the VFFS, it's like most VFFS's with a few extra bells and whistles. We do have the nitrogen on it, your standard pole belts, vertical seal, horizontal seal. We could add a printer or anything else that's needed for your application to print lock codes or expiration dates. Everything on this unit is controlled from one HMI remote control.
