The system employs a domed hopper to optimize drainage during cleaning,
sanitary pipe clamps and gaskets, polished product contact surfaces,
and welded to comply with 3A standards. Auger tooling adjustments are
made without removing the hopper, and sanitary inspection and tooling
access ports are included for ease of operation and maintenance. The
filler’s control panel performs all set-up and operation of the entire
system. The HMI panel is an intuitive, icon-based, graphical user
interface with touch screen. The system incorporates PLC controlled
brushless, direct drive, servo motor systems for fill accuracy and
reliability, and eliminates most moving parts.
