Fogg Filler Co.: Wash-down safe cap sorter

The cap elevation track is now 30-in. wide.  The sorter has 304 stainless-steel construction and is wash-down safe.  It has a variable speed pre-feeder to accommodate changes in production. Visual inspection ports provide operator ease and is fully programmable with an Allen Bradley PLC touch screen.  Optional features include HEPA filtration to reduce the possibility of cap contamination, a gas assist lid function for operator ease, and positive pressure in the clean air environment of the cap hopper for another level of sanitation.

The VSE-30 may be integrated with a Fogg Tote Dumper with an extended hopper for a highly-efficient cap sorting process.  They can be retrofitted to most lines including competitors.
