No shrink tunnel is required (saving the cost of backer cards, electricity, capital investment expense, maintenance costs, etc.) and the material itself is normally clearer and less expensive than premium PVC and polyolefin shrink films.

The machine uses two webs of film, and captures product from a continuous motion collating infeed between the webs during the intermittent 3 or 4 side sealing process. Normally products are sealed with 1/8" film on each side resulting in a tight, beautiful presentation without any crimp seals normally found in polypropylene packages.

Optional equipment allows the machine to create recloseable bags, to fold packages after wrapping, and to create hangeable headers.

The machine can also run multiple tracks simultaneously, effectively doubling or tripling output as demand increases with output speeds of 200-300 products/minute.

Typical products include scrapbook supplies, stickers, temporary tattoos, greeting cards, telephone cards, picture mats and other printed products.
