SIG Pack Systems offers the integrated Toploader SIGTTL-iV, a machine that forms and loads carton display trays for point of sale. The company says the machine meets all technical considerations for current display tray designs.

These include easy opening of the display packaging without damaging the display part; orientation and visibility of the product inside the tray; fixation of the product within the tray; and reduction of tray material costs. An active lidding tool on the machine includes various functions, such as folding, pressing, sticking, and turning, which allow various box designs to run on the machine. Product speeds run to 700/min and carton speeds to 30/min, with gentle product handling even at high speeds guaranteed by the feeding wheel.
