All-Fill acquires V-Line from Taylor Products for integrated VFFS capability

All-Fill, Exton, PA has acquired the V-Line of Vertical Form-Fill-Seal equipment from Taylor Products of Kansas City, MO.

The acquired line will be relocated to All-Fill’s headquarters in Exton and will be marketed as Avatar by All-Fill to the worldwide packaging market.

All-Fill designs, manufactures and services a wide variety of filling and feeding packaging equipment at its 55,000-sq.-ft. facility in Exton.  An associate company, Alpha Checkweighers, offers a line of high accuracy/high speed production weighing equipment.  Auger Fabrication, a related company, specializes in the supply of spare and replacement parts for filling machines.

This acquisition marks an important step in the vertical integration of All-Fill offerings, from product feeders, auger fillers, checkweighers, and now vertical form-fill-seal equipment all from a central location.

According to company President, Glenn Edginton, “this acquisition brings a new level of service to our filling, feeding, and checkweighing customers. VFFS users can expect the same high level of customer commitment for the design, manufacturing, servicing, and satisfaction as users of our other equipment.”
