Two new electronic tablet counters from IMA Swiftpack use advances in vibratory linear feeding and precount gating to almost double the output of current models for a given footprint.

The machines use rotary precount gates that are driven by stepper motors. Swiftcount 200 duplex model fills containers at 200 bpm at 100 count; the Swiftcount 100 single model fills at 100 bpm. Both offer touchscreen control with 1,000-product memory storage, motorized power lift to adjust filling height, and minimal product-contact change parts.
