High-speed counting system

The Batchmaster® III (BMIII) multi-channel / multi-head, high-speed counting system from Batching Systems, Inc.

Pw 9761 We Bsi

is ideal for use where high-speed, high-output counting with accuracy is a must. The BMIII is up to three times faster than the Batchmaster® II and offers more accuracy. High-resolution scanning improves count accuracy. The BMIII detects and rejects parts one-third smaller or larger than a target part. A two-gate parts processing unit (PPU) lets the feeder bowl run continuously. As one batch discharges, another accumulates for higher output speeds. Parts from a 1/16” (25.5 mm) ball to a 4” x 1” (102 x 25 mm) block can be processed. A batch reject system allows batches with out-of-tolerance parts to be rejected before packaging.
