System utilizes a 2-ton chain hoist to lift the bulk bag into the carbon steel discharge hopper where a static two angle bag piercing knife assembly empties bulk bags for a complete and efficient discharge of materials. Hopper features a full perimeter dust plenum with dust take off stub for product dust control. System features a rigid screw conveyor to transfer materials into the customer’s existing process. A stainless steel load cell package provides loss-in-weight weighing capabilities.

Units are custom designed to meet customer specific application needs.
