This system feeds two conveyors of wrapped cheese combining into one line at 90º simultaneously without product collision. The primary line has continuous movement while the secondary is stopped with a clamp intermittently so both lines flow with precision.
The 2:1 traffic cop pneumatic clamps include stainless steel air cylinders and safety guarding. Electrical controls include NEMA 4X Slope Top enclosures.
