The waterproof conveyor is designed to IP66 standards and is easily removed without using tools. Models are available for a variety of product sizes, large cases, and sanitary washdown and entry-level applications.

Built to IP69K standards for high-pressure washdown applications, Ishida DK X-ray systems feature multiple inspection functions to accurately detect all metals, glass, bone, rock, shell, plastics and missing or defective product. Ishida’s proprietary Genetic Algorithm image processing technology automatically produces the optimal sensitivity setting without expensive, customized software. For reliable operation, an integrated hermetical water cooling system is standard.

For entry-level inspection, Ishida’s new EA-series X-ray system provides accurate, affordable detection of foreign contaminants. Package masking functions cancel out peripheral areas of cartons, bag seals and package retaining clips. Sensitivity is adjustable using the full-color touch screen.
