The rotating cage features a cost-effective, interchangeable sleeve, with custom holes to allow for parts/runner separation. To meet changing separation needs, sleeve can be changed out in 60 sec for another sleeve with different-sized holes. Separator is available in cage lengths of 2, 4, and 6 ft with an adjustable part height from 11⁄2 to 4 in. H, powered by an energy-efficient 1/30-HP variable-speed brushless motor.
