These motorized vehicles that travel from station to station on a straight, fixed track are an alternative to pallet conveyors and right-angle transfers. Cars move at speeds to 400’/min, can have multiple induction and discharge points, and offer weight capacities of 3,500 lb for a single-station unit or 7,000 lb for a dual-station unit. Features include chain or chain-driven live roller, flanged wheels on flat-bar track mounted on top or flush to the floor, power to the units via bus bar, laser-guided positioning, wireless Ethernet communications, onboard PLC controls, and prewiring and testing prior to shipment.
