In addition, if an RFID tag embedded in a unit cannot be verified by the unit, the smart label is rejected before application and is retained on its liner. Applies labels to 4.72"W and 6"L, and is accurate to a tolerance of ± 0.04”. System can be oriented to apply smart labels to the tops or sides of cartons, trays, and bundles as they pass by via conveyor. Options include tamp-blow application, various product and label sensors, warning/alert light array, and adjustable stand.
