Operating at 850-plus containers/min, the unit also demonstrates the ability to handle small-diameter sterilized containers jam-free in single file at high speeds without backpressure. It can combine and single file “squeaky clean” vials as they exit a sterilization tunnel. Operating using a single conveyor chain, the Infinity conveys via a proprietary loop-storage system that recirculates the containers and keeps them in constant motion to reduce backpressure.

Mounted on the accumulator was the 20/20Hindsight™ high-speed video monitoring system from Monitoring Technology that takes the guess work out of jams and other problems. It uses digital video to store up to 48 continuous hours of footage that can be later analyzed in slow motion so that proper corrective action can be taken. Garvey uses it during research and development of conveyor designs and offers it as an option to customers.
