A new automatic product guiding system helps increase line output, resulting in a payback time of less than a month in some cases. The core of the system are the electrically driven guiding units that control the position of the guide rails along the line. Up to 220 guiding units can be controlled from one cabinet. The system has a repetitive accuracy of less than +/- 0.1 mm. System is designed for dry and wet production environments and suits a range of conveyor types and is available from stock.
