System is equipped with a vision system, Rockwell Automation’s Allen-Bradley PLC control, color touchscreen operator interface, and a full validation package. Machine can label up to 400 packages/min and can accommodate round products as well as tapered ones. System is all stainless-steel construction and has a sanitary-style conveyor, closed-loop servo label drive, vacuum liner takeaway, and an R220 remote unwind allowing on-the-fly roll changes.
