System simultaneously transfers a row of bottles off the single-file deliver conveyor and onto the mat-top cooler chain while allowing a subsequent row of bottles to form across the front of the cooler. System eliminates denting of hot bottles, allows for light weighting of plastic bottles, maximizes production throughput from improved cooler space utilization, and is able to run both round and nonround/rectangular bottles, company says.
