The Pack’Réalisations automatic leak detection system from Pack’R North America (Batavia, IL) is located on the outfeed conveyor of the capper.

A continuous-motion system employs belts and 2 sensors to carry out 2 leak-detection measurements without stopping the container. If the container does not leak, it is conveyed to the end of the line. If a leak is detected, the faulty container is automatically diverted onto a rejection plate along the conveyor.
