Packaging professionals who have visited CMM International in the past may be surprised at some new features and enhancements that have been added to the 2005 event. A new focus has been placed on providing special value to consumer packaged goods (CPG) companies both on the show floor and through a variety of conference sessions and educational opportunities.

Show organizer CMM International has created a Consumer Packaging & Converting Connection Event that will focus on management strategies to deliver packaging solutions that meet the needs of retailers and time-starved consumers. Featuring packaging experts from such leading companies as Kraft, General Mills, Shell, and Sonoco, the innovative programs target the relationship between senior-level executives at CPG companies and their converter partner suppliers. This event runs April 18-19. The CMM show runs April 18-21.
