Integrated encoder combines two-in-one measuring wheel

The TR1 Tru-Trac™ from Encoder incorporates a spring-loaded measuring wheel with an integrated encoder for improved tracking distance, position, and velocity. Threaded shafts on the pivot axis provide mounting access and are also field reversible. This compact unit operates in vertical, horizontal, and upside-down orientations on various surfaces, with speeds reaching up to 3,000-ft. per min and a max shaft speed of 6,000 RPM. The TR1 is made of stainless steel fibers in a high-temperature nylon composite material that eliminates static build up during use. Users can choose from mechanical or electrical options, with available customization of wheel type and circumference, pivot shaft mounting, channels, and connectors.
